Adrian Hayes is the Dubai-based British polar adventurer, mountaineer and environmentalist, who holds the record for reaching the "3 Poles" of the Earth (walking all the way to the North Pole, the South Pole and summiting Mt Everest) in the shortest period of time in history.

His achievement in reaching the Earth's three extremes; of latitude and altitude in a total time of 19 months and three days, becoming one of only 15 people ever to achieve the feat, has been recognised in the 2009 Guinness World Records.

A former Gurkha Officer in the British Army, Adrian has had a lifetime of adventures and extreme sports, leading or being a team member on climbing expeditions all over the World, including the Himalayas, the European Alps, North America, New Zealand and Kenya; adventure racing, triathlon, rock climbing; downhill skiing, parachuting, kayaking and more.

He is a highly experienced jungle and desert operator, having served in the jungles of Borneo and the deserts of Southern Oman during his military career... He has also carried out underwater salvage and explosive operations in the remote islands of the South Pacific and qualified as a Paramedic during his Army career.

He is dedicated to health, nutrition and fitness, and won the "UAE's Fittest Man" Competition in both 1997 and 2008, beating the UK National Champion on the latter event in October 2008.

A former Regional Sales Director for Airbus Middle East, Adrian, an International Coaching Federation accredited coach, is now one of the leading corporate leadership & team coaches and keynote speakers in the Middle East, offering programmes Worldwide.

A resident of Dubai, UAE, he has lived and worked in 8 countries, visited 100, and speaks three languages (Arabic, Nepalese and Malay) in addition to English.
