They’ve reached the Pole.

We have had virtually no news at all about the five businessmen skiing to the South Pole in aid of disadvantaged children. But what we do know is that they have reached their goal.
This lack of news may have been caused by the cancellation of one of the cruises run by the tour operator Ice Axe TV in the waters off the Antarctic Peninsula. Anyway, all we know is that the five men reached the Pole without any mishap on 15th December and that the following day, they celebrated Peter Turkstra's birthday. Possibly the birthday celebrations went on a little too long...
Whatever the case, they have promised us more news in a few days' time.
